Terms

These terms cover booking a wash at Handy Truck Wash in Paul, Idaho, operated by Handy Truck Line.

The appointment

Submitting the booking form confirms the appointment. Live holds the bay for that hour. A drop-off does not hold the bay, so another wash can be booked at the same time. Each wash starts as live or drop-off, and you can switch. Weekends and after hours are phone-only. Sal has to approve an after-hours wash, and an extra fee applies.

What we don't wash

We don't book livestock, hazmat, or fuel. The last product hauled is required so the bay can turn those away.

Price

The price on the confirmation is the shop price for the wash you booked. The bay can add charges for excess product, mud, after hours, or other work that isn't on the booking. A company already on file is invoiced after the wash. A company that isn't listed waits until the bay approves the account. Prepay is not required until that approval.
