Privacy

Handy Truck Wash is the truck wash in Paul, Idaho, operated by Handy Truck Line. This page describes what the booking site stores.

What you send us

When you book a wash we keep the company name, tractor and trailer numbers, last product hauled, PO number, and notes. A company that isn't listed can also leave a billing contact. That is so the bay can do the wash.

Companies already on file

The company search asks for at least three characters and returns at most five names. It does not show the full customer list, a billing address, a phone number, or an email. After you pick a company, the page shows a short masked billing summary, such as the city and the last digits of a phone number. The street address and the full billing contact stay on the shop's server.

The company you picked

A cookie named htw_driver remembers the company you picked, so the next visit can fill that in. It does not store a driver name, a phone number, or the company's billing address. "Not you? Change company" clears that cookie.

Staff

People who work the bay sign in with their own password. The sign-in cookie is named htw_session and is used only to keep them signed in.

QuickBooks

If the shop connects QuickBooks, customer billing details and invoices are exchanged with Intuit for that company. Those tokens are stored for the shop. They are not shown on the public booking page.

What we don't do

We don't sell this information. We use it to book the wash, run the bay, and invoice the company.
